Easy Digital Downloads support discount on initial order and renewal the subscription at full price. Assuming you have installed EDD Recurring Payments plugin and activated it.

In your WordPress admin, go to Downloads > Settings > Extensions > Recurring Payments. 

Enable One Time Discounts option and you are done.
